Policy and Procedures:

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment let me know at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you may be subject to pay $30 "no show" fee.  

Health history forms are to be filled out at your first appointment, you may want to plan to be 10 minutes early in order to give yourself enough time to fill out this form. All files are kept in a locked filing cabinet in compliance with HIPAA law. Certain health risks may make you ineligible to receive a massage; in this event I will try my best to refer you to someone who may be better able to suit your needs. Payment for the massage session will be made upon arrival as well, to avoid billing issues. Travel fee for outcalls- must be prepaid at the time the appointment is booked. If you give at least a two hour notice to cancel, you can be reimbursed the travel fee. 

Draping is provided for modesty, comfort and warmth. Draping is MANDATORY unless you have booked a shiatsu or sports massage (you do not need to be draped if you are fully clothed). Click on "What to Expect" for more info. 

I offer professional therapeutic massages; I do NOT offer sexual favors or any kind. Requests for sexual favors will result in your being escorted off the premises immediately. You will still be charged for the full session.

Please do not bring pets or young children to your appointment.

Service dogs are acceptable, for those with a disability. There is an elevator for those who need wheelchair accessibility.
